RETURN/REFUND POLICY 

 

King's Farm Market cannot except returns due to the nature of the products that we sell. If you have problem with your order, or believe the quality has been compromised, please email us at kingsfarmmarketedisto@gmail.com ore call 843-869-3600. You will need to provide the product information and a photo of the affected product. Only store credit will be given in placement of the product defect. 

 

Shipments and Deliveries

 

To assure your satisfaction with the product(s) you recieve, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. King's Farm Market is not responsiblefor damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight loation or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address informationsupplied to us, or for the inability of a reciepient to recieve the package on the day you specify it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt recieptof packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third-party  carrier ( UPS, FEDEX, USPS), but this, is out of our control.Shipping/handling charges are not refundable . Refunds can only be credited in the form of store credit.
